Our modern news are bad for your brain and mental health. We are evolved to care about a small number of other people, often described by various Dunbar numbers. When you see the news of the world in flames, global pandemics, poverty, hunger, inequality, etc. your brain is not geared to deal with that. The result? Depression, disengagement, self medication, etc. For those of you dealing with this successfully, what are your tips?
