Maybe the U.S. needs a fourth branch of government: The Facilitative Branch – people who are highly skilled facilitators of group processes, who have the power to stop legislation-in-progress that hasn’t sufficiently followed co-creative, collaborative processes to craft the best legislation possible. They’d also be involved in facilitating the legislative process from a stance of neutrality and expertise with group dynamics. It seems to me that we’ve learned so much about collaborative work and how human systems function that we need to integrate all that into our governance systems. #HumanSystemsDynamics #Facilitation #Legislation #Governance
