Here’s another small tip for conducting good virtual/online meetings: Have a way to keep a shared agenda where folks can see it all the time. If you don’t have a pre-set agenda, make sure you solicit topics and order them with input from the participants. Then make sure you take notes (collaboratively or with a designated person) and indicate clearly when each topic from the agenda is “done”.
