Strive to become as much of a non-judgmental deep listener as you can, and see how things change around you.

If you list yourself on LinkedIn as a “fractional” XYZ, does that mean you don’t do all of XYZ, unlike a “full stack” XYZ who supposedly does it all?

What are some of the big ideas that have changed how you see the world? Who brought them into the world? Who brought them to you? Do you have a difference in appreciation for the former and the latter?

I love how more and more streaming services are introducing plans that force you to pay extra to remove ads. It’s basically admitting that ads are mostly nuisance, and it finally gives people an option to express that notion via their wallets.

What’s your best analogy for an agile coach or scrum master? I think I recently hit upon my favorite: a golf caddie. Watch “One-of-a-kind Marcie” on Apple tv+ (or elsewhere) to get an idea of why.

If you identify as an #Introvert, and you haven’t seen the new Peanuts movie “One-of-a-kind Marcie”, run – don’t walk – to check it out. It’s so gooood! Thank you Susan Cain for sharing about it in your newsletter.

Shower thought: I don’t think the power of introverts, like myself, comes from the observable, outer characteristic of “quiet”. For me it comes from an inner, unobservable characteristic of “being still”. I posit that introverts are able to “be still” on the inside, quieting the mind chatter that usually goes on. That’s the introvert superpower. #SusanCain #Quiet #introverts #introversion #HappyIntrovert #introvert I wonder what you’ve found Susan Cain? I don’t remember if that’s something that shows up in the book.
